Congregational Fellowship and Care promotes a spirit of camaraderie and love within the congregation founded on common love for Christ. It also aids in the assimilation of new members into the life and fellowship of the church. This is done through a number of events and programs.
Congregational Fellowship
- Hosting fellowship after each service
- Brunches, Potlucks, Special Coffee Hours
- Small Group Fellowship
- Coordinates hospitality with other committees
- Coordinates special events such as ball games, canoe/kayak trips, Progressive Dinner, Holiday Dinners
Congregational Care
- Visits, meals, appropriate gift when returning home after hospital stay
- Meals to shut-ins and those in need
- Card Ministries
- E-Prayer and Intercessory Prayer Chain
- Prayer Shawl, Prayer Quilts, and Prayer Bear Ministry
- Baby Dedication Quilts
- Lois Ministries Prayer Group
