The Lord’s Supper, Communion, is celebrated in weekly worship. It is open to all who are followers of Jesus Christ. We offer two worship services on Sunday mornings. Included in each service are scriptures, sermon, communion, and a children’s moment. Nursery (infant – 2yrs) and Kid’s Care (2-6 yrs) are offered for each service. A cry room is located next to the sanctuary.
Praise & Worship Service at 8:30 am
Lay leaders, Praise Team and Pastor lead worship. Communion by intinction.
Traditional Service at 11:00 am
Pastor and lay person lead worship. Communion is served by our Elders and Diaconate. Traditional hymns and choir are included in this service.
Service time changes to 10 am on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend in May through the Sunday of Labor Day weekend in September.
Sunday School at 9:45 am (September through May)
Classes are offered for children (beginning at 2 yrs ) through adults. Discovering and understanding the faith is a lifetime adventure.
Special Services
We celebrate with one combined service at different times of the year on Sunday morning. We also worship with special services during the Lent and Advent seasons.
Combined Service Sundays include:
- Music/Graduation Celebration in June
- Vacation Bible School Celebration in August
- Christmas Cantata in December
- Easter Sunday
Special Services include:
- Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve.
Music Ministry
Music Director: Carolyn Waterson
This includes the Praise Team, choir, and special music volunteers. Instruments used during the services include guitars, drums, grand piano, electric piano, trumpet and flute.
